We recommend placing the oil under your tongue, wait a minute and then swallow it. If you’d prefer to mix it with a beverage, that’s okay too! We suggest smoothies, coffee, tea or water.

You can take The One+ Balance Oil any time of day. We do suggest picking a time of day and using the oil that same time every day.

We offer two concentrations that are both made with the same high quality hemp so you can't go wrong. We suggest thinking about it like this: 500 mg CBD - best for beginners and pets | | 1000 mg CBD - best for regular and consistent customers. The higher concentration may last you a bit longer and offer more value per milligram, but you can't go wrong!

Hemp oil refers to CBD rich full spectrum oil extracted from phytocannabinoid rich flowers, leaves and stems of the Cannabis sativa plant. Unlike full spectrum (whole-plant) hemp oil, hempseed oil does not contain CBD or other cannabinoids and is obtained by cold pressing hemp seeds.
