How to use The One+ Balance Oil

2. Drop your Balance oil under your tongue.
3. Hold for at least 60 seconds.

how do I use the one+balance oil?
We recommend placing the oil under your tongue, wait a minute and then swallow it. If you’d prefer to mix it with a beverage, that’s okay too! We suggest smoothies, coffee, tea or water.

how many times a day should I take the one+ balance?
You can take The One+ Balance any time of day. We do suggest picking a time of day and using the oil that same time every day.

what is hemp oil?
Hemp oil refers to CBD rich full spectrum oil extracted from phytocannabinoid rich flowers, leaves and stems of the Cannabis sativa plant. Unlike full spectrum (whole-plant) hemp oil, hempseed oil does not contain CBD or other cannabinoids and is obtained by cold pressing hemp seeds.
which concentration of the one+ oil is right for me?
We offer two concentrations that are both made with the same high quality hemp so you can't go wrong. We suggest thinking about it like this: 500 mg CBD - best for beginners and pets | | 1000 mg CBD - best for regular and consistent customers. The higher concentration may last you a bit longer and offer more value per milligram, but you can't go wrong!
