You can take The One+ Balance Oil any time of day. We do suggest picking a time of day and using the oil that same time every day.

We offer two concentrations that are both made with the same high quality hemp so you can't go wrong. We suggest thinking about it like this: 500 mg CBD - best for beginners and pets | | 1000 mg CBD - best for regular and consistent customers.
