It is possible for a order to occasionally be canceled by our system. Some reasons for cancellation are:

+Difficulty in processing payment information
+Cannot ship to address provided
+Duplicate order was placed
+Canceled due to a customer request (if possible)
All sales are final. Orders can not be cancelled, changed or modified once they have been placed. Please ensure all info is correct before submitting your order
We definitely want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you'd like to return a product, we're happy to honor our refund policy. Excluding shipping fee within 30 days of purchase date for any reason (no questions asked). To start your return, simply reach out to our customer service team via Email firstname.lastname@example.org (Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time, excluding holidays and holiday weekends) with your order number, inquiries are answered in the order they are received, please do not send multiple inquiries as this will place you at the end of the queue. We do our best to respond to all customers within a day. Response times may be extended during holidays, promotions and immediately following launches/restocks.
Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund for any reason.
Please note that, for multiple items orders, if more than one item from same product is unsealed/used, 10% return processing fee will be applied to each unsealed/used bottle.
You are responsible for paying all shipping costs incurred for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
