How does the CBD in The One+ help with sleep?

Cannabidiol, or CBD, has been shown to have sedative and sleep enhancing properties. Studies suggest that CBD may help to decrease the time required to fall asleep, increase deep sleep, and reduce waking frequency during the night.

What serving size do you recommend to take of the one+ Sleep oil?

If you're new to cannabinoids and/or hemp wellness, we recommend starting at 0.5mL for the first 2-3 nights. This will give you a chance to see how your body responds. From there, or for experienced hemp customers, we recommend taking 1mL of The One+ Sleep before bed.

Which concentration of the One+ Oil is right for me?

We offer two concentrations that are both made with the same high quality hemp so you can't go wrong. We suggest thinking about it like this: 500 mg CBD - best for beginners and pets | | 1000 mg CBD - best for regular and consistent customers. The higher concentration may last you a bit longer and offer more value per milligram, but you can't go wrong!

What is hemp oil?

Hemp oil refers to CBD rich full spectrum oil extracted from phytocannabinoid rich flowers, leaves and stems of the Cannabis sativa plant. Unlike full spectrum (whole-plant) hemp oil, hempseed oil does not contain CBD or other cannabinoids and is obtained by cold pressing hemp seeds.
